Additionally, these are the only systems that are compatible with our defined hardware requirements and will work with our developed software for multiple fielded systems. Delivery will be to be to Virginia Beach, VA. The solicitation will be available on the NUWC webpage no earlier than 03 April 2006. The proposed action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source using SAP and commercial item procedures as set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
