Description: Provide a weba based central monitoring system to link the eleven newly installed high voltage stepdown transformers located in vaults BA-300A, BC-2004, & 1P-106. The system will utilize and link the existing Powerlogic Energy Monitoring units currently installed on each transformer and will provide the use with ability to monitor the transformers from a personal computer desktop. The system will utilize the existing LAN maintaining by USGS.
