Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in Tallahassee, Florida. REQUIRED: Approximately 16,600 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space with 20 secured parking spaces and the ability to add 10 more. All utilities, services and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration and the building owner must be willing to amortize Tenant Improvements over the firm term of the lease. LOCATION: The total requirement must be within the following delineated area: Northern portion of Leon County, which is above a portion of Capital Circle Drive and South of Tallahassee City limits. Space must have a 100ft setback on all sides, radio antenna, and a 10ft high perimeter fence. Space should be located on the second floor or higher. Lease Term: Ten(10)years, five(5) years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection. Submissions must be received no later than 3:30p.m. EST on March 31, 2006.
