Description

A. Due to conference room scheduling complications, the pre quote conference date has been changed to April 10, 2006. The location remains the following: United States Patent and Trademark Office, Main Campus, 600 Dulany Street, Alexandria, Virginia, 22315. USPTO will be conducting the conference in the Auditorium located in the concourse portion of the main campus. The time is 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. b. Only small businesses that have requested a softcopy of the RFQ are permissible to attend. Prospective contractors must submit a formal letter requesting participation and attendance for the conference. The letter must be submitted as an attachment by email to richard.weibel@uspto.gov. Industry participants are limited to two participants only. C. For those prospective contractors that have yet to receive a softcopy of the RFQ, I am screening the NAICS code stated in the original combined synopsis/solicitation notice. If your organization does not have the NAICS code of 541511, "Custom Computer Program Services" listed in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) upon the date of my research, you are ineligible to participate. In the next few days I will be forwarding a softcopy of the RFQ to the prospective contractors that are eligible to participate. D. This procurement has generated an overwhelming interest by small business commercial entities, therefore, I request due consideration. Thank you. E. All other paragraphs or content remain the same as in the original combined synopsis/solicitation notice posted on March 17, 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-MAR-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
