Description

SOURCES SOUGHT This ad is strictly seeking information. A solicitation will be issued in the future based on the findings of this market survey. VA Medical Center (VAMC), West Palm Beach, Florida is conducting a market survey and seeking interested parties who are classified as a small business under NAICS 621111 with a size standard of $8.5 million, to provide primary care and mental health healthcare services to VA beneficiaries in a VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). Parties shall be capable of providing health care providers, medical facilities, medical equipment and supplies, specified pharmaceuticals and all administrative functions required by VAMC and in accordance with Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and/or other regulatory agencies. Community Based Outpatient Clinics shall be located in Okeechobee, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Stuart, Delray Beach and Boca Raton. Approximate veteran population for six locations is 34,250.
