- This will be a basic firm-fixed price contract for four (4) ea with five (5) option years. Option I 1-5 ea. Option II 1-5 ea. Option III 1-5 ea. Option IV 1-5 ea, and Option V 1-5 ea. Noun: Trailer, Ground Handling, NSN: 1740-00-488-9469RN, P/N: 9649179. Functional description: This ground handling trailer (P/N 9649179-1) is orignally manufacutred by Lockheed Martin Corp. The cradle is used to transport a TF-39 (C-5 aircraft) bare engine or a TF-39 engine built up unit (EBU) during maintenance, overhaul, repair, or storage. Dimension: Retracted length 254 in, Extended Length 303 in, Width 117 in, Height 113 in, Weight 8760 lbs. First article testing will be required. Data/drawings available. FOB Destination: FOB Destination CONUS, Ship to addresses for the basic and USAF requirements. The option years may be used to buy both and/or either FMS or USAF requirments. Delivery Date: 180 days ARO. Numbering notes 1 and 26 apply. Local note G applies. Solicitation will be posted on or around 11 Apr 06.
