- THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO CORRECT THE PREVIOUS MODIFICATION ON OCTOBER 7, 2005 AND CHANGE THE SOURCE TO CAGE CODE SD663, ISRAEL AIRCRAFT INDUSTRIES LTD., RAMTA DIVISION.** This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN 1560-01-382-8028 BZ, P/N 8834656-10; AIRCRAFT ACCESS COVER; ACFT: MH053J/M helicopter. This requirement is for a quantity of 4 EA for the basic period and a first out year option with a quantity range of 1-3 EA. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: 9 months ARO. Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code SD663, Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd., Ramta Division, Industrial Zone, Beer Sheva, ISR 84102. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
