- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: CLIN 0001 (1 ea) WATERJET CUTTING SYSTEM to fabricate tools and metal parts in support of test operations, Mfr: Calypso Water jet Systems, Inc,. - P/N: Calypso Hammerhe ad 10 ft x 5 ft Gantry Cutting System. The item in this solicitation is identified as brand name or equal: The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics that equal products must meet are as follows: In operation, the Cutting System shall be user friendly. The basic system includes as a standard 10 ft x 5 ft package: Fully sealed bellow system, Servo Controlled Z axis, with Auto Tool Lift and Nudge Jog, Abrasive Cutting Head, 30 HP Intensifier Pump 60,000 psi operating pressure, High Pr essure Plumbing, Control Console industrially hardened, software suite, Abrasive Vessel, Digital Abrasive Metering system, Brick Bed cutting, Ground Hardened Steel Guideways, Automated Dual Head Cutting, Completed Nesting Software, Remote Operator Pendan t, Console Air Conditioner, Industrial Keyboard, Closed Loop Water System,Abrasive Removal System. System will come with Operations and Installation Manual. Inclusive in the price the contractor shall provide installation support and initial training fo r 2 personnel. The contractor shall provide a standard commercial warranty. Prices must include shipping cost to Accountable Property Officer; Building 5464; Dugway UT 84022-5000 (FOB: Destination).
