DESC: 1005-01-525-4644/1005-01-525-2603/1005-01-527-8497, Part Numbers 13006212/13008080/13006211, the items to procure are a STOCK LEVER LOCK/TOP SECTION STOCK/BUFFER SLEEVE. Requirements are STOCK LEVER LOCK/TOP SECTION STOCK/BUFFER SLEEVE (NSNs: 1005-01-525-4644/1005-01-525-2603/1005-01-8497) CLOSE TOLERANCE MACHINED PART FOR M249 MG. PARTS MATL IS ALUMINUM ALLOY 7075-T6, PLASTIC COMPOUND, ZYTEL, 8018 NYLON (NYLON 66 REINFORCED WITH 14% GLASS FIBER) AND STAINLESS STEEL. HEAT TREAT AND PHOSPHATE B ASE IS REQUIRED. Requirements are for a 5 year IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contract with a guaranteed minimum contract quantity of 9,500/7,000/3,000 each and maximum contract quantity of 35,000/38,000/24,000 each, Stock Lever Lock/Top Se ction Stock/Buffer Sleeve. FOB is Destination. For use on the M249 Machine Gun. Estimated issue date is 17 April 2006. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendme nts thereto. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. Proposed con tract is 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet.
