PRON: AX6C0139AX, NSN: 5640-00-105-3052, PN: 114ES023-44, This is a firm fixed price contract, with a base year and two (2) 100% options applicable to CH-47, Quantity: 50 each minimum/150 each maximum, delivery to to XU DEF DIST DEPOT SAN JOAQUIN, 25600 S CHRISMAN RD., REC WHSE 10 PH 209, 839, 4307, TRACY, CA. 95304-5000. Required delivery is 100 each, at a rate of 4 per-month, 285 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article and 100 each, at a rate of 4 per-m onth, 180 DACA without First Article. The First Article Test Report is due 180 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This item is restricted to Fabritech Inc. (0TLW4), Thermal Structures Inc. (54787), Orcon Corporation (23788), and Ehmke Manuf acturing (9G536) because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an esti mated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. .
