The purpose of this modification to Pre-Solicitation: W58RGZ-06-R-0392 is to affect the following: 1. Change from PRON: AX6C0207AX, NSN: 5120-00-509-8085, PN: LTCT1152, This is a firm fixed price contract, with a base year and two (2) 100% options applicable to CH-47, Quantity: 16 each minimum/48 each maximum, delivery to DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY, BLDG MISSION DOOR 113, 134, New Cumberland, PA. 17070-5001. Required delivery is 16 each, 285 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article and 16 each, 190 DACA without First Article. The First Article Test Report is due 179 DACA. 2. Change to PRON: AX6C0207AX, NSN: 5310-01-230-6956, PN: 2840026-7, Quantity: 200 each minimum/4200 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to CH-47, delivery to HUPP AEROSPACE DEFENSE 1690 SUMMIT STREET NEW HAVEN IN. 46774-1522. Required delivery is 200 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to York Industries Inc. CAGE Code 81616 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current DoD-STD-100. There is no First Article Testing Required. 3. Change from: a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to: Sole Source restricted to York Industries Inc. CAGE Code (81616). 4. All other terms and conditions to Pre-Solicitation notice, dated 10 February, 2006, will remain unchanged.
