- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Engineering Services IAW Statement of Work to provide system engineering studies to assess the ability of the mini-rf system to demonstrate improved/ and or augmented capibilities in the area of surveliience, Qty 1 Job). This requirement is sole sourced to Vexcel Corporation, 1690 38th St, Boulder, CO 80301-2602 as their technology contributions to the mission system and ground station processing sub-systems are an integral part of this program. Any firms believing that they can provide the engineering study may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the engineering study without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
