- MARCORSYSCOM intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Precision Engineering, LTD (PE),Wincomblee Road, Walkert, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE6 3QS, for two (2) additional tank blade assemblies, custom designed to be used on the M1A1 tank and currently used by the USMC and the allied forces, and associated operational maintenance, documentation, spares and training support. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within 30 days. See Note 22. Note 2 is modified to response is due by 4:00 PM EST on 03 April 2006.
