Description

Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for Facility Maintenance and Small Construction Services for the Eastern Washington Acquisition Group. The Eastern Washington Acquisition Group anticipates awarding at least three Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for a three year period from this single solicitation. Location of work will include a variety of support facilities and areas within the Colville, Okanogan, and Wenatchee National Forests. These facilities include, but are not limited to, buildings, water systems, wastewater systems, utilities, roads, and other infrastructure. These facilities support fire, recreation, administrative, and other Forest Service missions for public users and agency staffs. Work may include, but not limited to, preventative and routine maintenance, remodeling and replacement are planned in a number of trades including general contractors, roofing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, and equipment operators. The contractors who receive a contract will be asked to provide quotes on subsequent Task Orders. This project will be advertised as a written request for proposal. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 28, 2006. Proposals will be due on or about April 26, 2006. SET--ASIDE: This acquisition is 100% Set-aside to Certified HUBZone Small Business Concerns. The NAICS code will be determined in each Task Order. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be posted at this site on the issue date.
