Description: This is a firm fixed price contract for the construction of a waste water lagoon system for the Fort Thompson Community, Fort Thompson, SD. The contract period of performance is 150 days from notice to proceed date. RFP-BI-06-3547 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. Project magnitude is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian Owned firm pursuant to the Buy Indian Act. The Indian preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
