*THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE WAS PREVIOUSLY RUN ON MARCH 28, 2006 UNDER #4FL0163. *THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE UPDATES THE PREVIOUS DELINEATED AREA. The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 11,709 rentable sq. ft in Bradenton, Florida within the following designated area: North: US 301 to 41 to Manatee Avenue W; South: 53rd Avenue, East: I-75 and West: 59th Street to Cortez Road to 51st Street W. The space should yield 10,182 ANSI/BOMA office area sq. ft. Parking is required for 51 vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten [10] years, five [5 ] years firm, and should be fully serviced with all tenant improvements amortized into the rent. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 1, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. Owners & Authorized Agents: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
