Description

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT is interested in leasing office and related space in the Memphis, TN area, for use by the Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms. Properties offered must meet the following basic criteria to receive further consideration: LOCATION: The space must be located within an area that could accommodate 5,860 usable square feet of quality, sound office space. REQUIRED: Approx. 5,860 BOMA Usable Square Feet of office. All utilities, services and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration and the building owner must be willing to amortize Tenant Improvements over the firm term of the lease. LEASE TERM: Five (5) years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: Properties may be submitted for inspection by owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY. Response due March 30, 2006. A market survey of potential sites will be performed shortly thereafter.
