Description

The United States Department Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, is interested in leasing approximately 5,400 net usable square feet of first class office space in Lake Andes, South Dakota. Occupancy of the leased space is required by December 30, 2006. The space must be first class space, conform to Government specifications, be located within the city limits of Lake Andes (or within one mile of the city limits), and be fully serviced. The space must be contiguous with parking for 50 vehicles and which also provides pull-through parking for large trucks, horse trailers, etc. The space must be fully handicapped accessible. Interested parties should submit a complete solicitation package for solicitation NRCS-3a-SD-6 to Sue Jones, Real Property Leasing Officer, by 3 PM on May 5, 2006. Solicitation packages are available on-line at this time.
