- This solicitation is set-aside for HUBZone Small Businesses. The work consists of constructing a wastewater treatment and disposal system for the Martha Boardman Housing Project near the community of Ford, WA on the Spokane Indian Reservation, Stevens County, Washington. The project includes construction of approximately: 1 recirculating packaged textile filter system, 1 pressurized chamber drainfield, and pumping, cleaning, and replacing the filters on the existing settling tanks. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is approximately 90 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $500,000. Performance and payment bonds are required. Liquidated damages apply. The Buy American Act applies. Indian preference in hiring suppliers and subcontractors is required including meeting Spokane Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) requirements.
