Description: VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, Salt Lake City, Utah intends to negotiate a sole source commercial items acquisition using FAR Parts 12 & 15, with IHI Environmental, Salt Lake City, Utah to perform various services such as but not limited to the following; investigation, documentation, attending various meetings, participating in phone conferences, preparing maps, collecting data, preparing reports, performing soil, water and soil gas sampling relating to the Mt.
