Description

WHITE TESLIN PAPER: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) hereby request quotations for the following: White Teslin Paper 10mil 19 x 25 quantity 13,000 sheets. This notice is a solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE AND THE INSTRUCTIONS HEREIN. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; therefore a written request will not be issued. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-06-0301. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Landover Warehouse Facility, 3201 Pennsy Drive, Landover, MD 20785. In order to compete, interested parties must submit a quote by 12:00 pm EST on April 10, 2006, to Merwin Charles, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, via e-mail at merwin.charles@bep.treas.gov or Fax at (202) 874-3135. Quotations may be submitted on a 1449 or company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, proposed unit price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status. The source selection will be based on price. Telephone inquiries are strongly discouraged. Interested offerors are encouraged to register at FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov ) for electronic notification of issuance of any amendments or changes to this notice.
