Description: The U.S. Environmental Protect Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Louisiana Technical College (LTC), Jefferson Campus, Metairie, LA pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1)?Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. EPA Command post is currently located within Louisiana Technical College and LTC is the ONLY location that authorized to provide Water Utilities and Electrical Services for the EPA Command Post. This procurement will be for six months beginning April 1, 2006 through October 31, 2006. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
