- The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is issuing a combined synopsis solicitation for DSCA Security Cooperation Scope of work includes: Contractor support to augment the metrics data analysis support functions of DSCA’s Strategic Planning office by using a sound foundation of information technology and data analysis techniques. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Offerors may download the entire solicitation, at the following website: http://www.dsca.mil/programs/biz-ops/business_operations.htm. The solicitation will be posted to this website by COB 26 AUG 2005. All questions in regards to this solicitation should be directed in writing to Julian Boggan, Contract Specialist, Email: julian.boggan@dsca.mil and toye.latimore@dsca.mil. No telephonic request will be entertained. All questions must be in writing. NO EXCEPTIONS. The cut-off date for questions is 2 SEP 2005 at 9:00 A.M. EST. Proposals are due 9 SEP 2005 at 10:00 A.M. NO EXCEPTIONS. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-AUG-2005).
