- TACOM-Warren proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a new contract on a sole source basis with Mattracks, Inc. of Karlstad, MN. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase product and services to include modified wheel to track conversion syste ms that will provide mobility solutions for ATVs, HMMWV, and selected government owned commercial trucks and provide training, monitoring, and support services to government test sites. The negotiated contract will be a firm fixed price for a 12 month perf ormance period, with an estimated award value of $551,472.00. See numbered note 22. Except that any proposals you wish to submit per note 22 must be received by the point of contact by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on April 4, 2006.
