- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) co de for this acquisition is 336611. The work consists of docking, cleaning, sandblasting to bare metal, painting the hull, painting the deck, painting the cabin, appurtenances, propellers, electrolysis anodes, hull guard replacement, cutlass bearing repair s, replace anchor, repair upholstery in cabin, repair bilge system, check all safety systems, steering system, inspect fuel tanks, rear cabin door/blinds, air conditioning vents, install search light, install remote depth finder, install shelves in existin g cabinet, miscellaneous welding, skilled labor hire. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, except Government-furnished equipment, supplies, facilities, to perform the work described herein for repairing the Lunch Tanner in strict accordance with the specifications. The Government will deliver the plant to the contractor at the contractors yard at a mutually agreed upon time. Inspection and Acceptance will be in open water clear of the contractors yard. Delivery is due within 1 5 calendar days after date of delivery. Warranty inspection is in accordance with specification warranty clause. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations that are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (NO PAPER COPIES). This is set-aside for small business. Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this announcement. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 and 252.212.7000; Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders - Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-1, Instru ctions to Offerors Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items will be based on price only.
