- The subject requirement is 4 NSNs. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. This is a HUB Zone Set Aside with full and open after exclusion of sources. NAICS is 336211 with 750 as the standard size. The Solicitation will be available on April 05, 2006 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. The PIDS will be included in the solicitation. Drawings will be available thru the DIBBS on the solicitation date. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. See Note(s) 9, 26 and 27. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
