Description
This is an amendment to solicitation F3ZT906061A100; the following questions and answers have been provided. 1) Is electrical disconnect and hook up part of contractors responsibility? Yes 2) Do the old panels remain property of government? No Does the contractor have to dispose of old panels? Yes, the entire freezer. 3) Does the government retain the old refrigerant removed from old unit? No Does the contractor have to dispose of refrigerant? Yes 4) Does the government retain old condensing unit and evaporator? No Does the contractor have to dispose of condensing unit and evaporator? Yes 5) What is the warranty period for this project? 5 years on walls, 90 days on installation and labor 6) What size is the freezer being removed? Approximately, 10 x 10 x 10 feet. 7) What is the time frame of project? Determined by contractor. Preferably, as soon as possible. 8) Is there any thing around existing freezer that will hinder removal and installation of new freezer? No, however, it is in close proximity to a large oven. 9) What is the electrical requirement for the condensing unit and evaporator coil? There is both 220 and 110. 220 is requested. 10) Exterior light switch with pilot indicator with one interior surface mounted vapor proof incandescent light fixture at each door? There is one door. Quotes may be transmitted by e-mail or to FAX number (707) 424-2712. Quotes must be received at the 60th Contracting Squadron, LGCB flight, no later than 3:00 p.m. PST on 20 March 2006.
