Description

DESCRIPTION: The Utility Helicopters Project Office (UHPO) is seeking information from sources that feel they are capable of providing a Ballistic Protection System (BPS) for the various Army H-60 helicopter configurations. It is anticipated that t he BPS would consist of removable panels that would be placed over the existing floor and interior of the aircraft. At a minimum, the information provided in response to this notice should describe the material that would be utilized, including ballistic capability, weight, thickness, cost and maintenance requirements.
