- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The offeror shall supply and deliver for aquatic herbicides, EPA approved and labeled for aquatic use in the state of Alabama. FAR commercial clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 and DFAR 252.225-7001 are applicable. This is 100% set-aside for small business using the NAICS 325320 for which the size standard is 500 employees. It is contemplated that a contract containing a base quantity and optional quantities will be awarded possibly to multiple vendors. The delivery location is in Spanish Fort, Alabama 36527. The initial requirement, with a delivery date of April 1, 2006, is as follows: 2-4 Amine 300 gallons each, Touchdown Pro (2 x 2.5) 300 gallons each, Renovate 18 gallons eac h, Aquabuph 40 gallons each, Habitat 25 gallons each, Cygnet Plus 40 gallons. Pricing for the optional requirement must remain valid until September 30, 2006. The option requirement is as follows: 2-4 Amine 273 gallons each, Touchdown Pro (2 x 2. 5) 348 gallons each, Renovate 15 gallons each, Aquabuph 55 gallons each, Habitat 79 gallons each, Cygnet Plus 40 gallons.
