- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Ship System Engineering Station, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Prime Research LC, 1750 Kraft Drive, Blacksburg, Virginia for the design and fabrication of photonic sensors to measure compressor outlet discharge pressure and temperature and bleed airflow in an operating marine gas turbine engine. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies.
