- DESCRIPTION: This is a manufacturer sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared and no hard copy will be made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following Valence Technology, Inc. parts: Model U27-RT - 14 each, battery management system ??? model U_BMS-RT - 3 each, Battery discharge indicator, model U-BDI- 1 each. The manufacture sole source is based on all or none. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 1 applies. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The Solicitation Number is N66001- 06-Q-4796. Facsimile quotations are acceptable and may be sent to 619-553-9068, Attn: Gaynelle Parker and must be received on or before the closing date.
