- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a commercial purchase order to Actionable Intelligence Technology, 16745 W. Bernardo Drive, San Diego, CA 92127 on a sole source basis for the purchase of Financial Integrated System (FIS) Starter Kit . The Kit includes FIS 3.1 Network License, one year of maintenance, one year of support services, one year of parser library subscription, and 25 new statement parsers during the first year. Vendors who can provide software and service at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Actionable Intelligence Technology should submit clear convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 5 days of the date of publication of this synopsis.
