- The Air Force Medical Service,Surgeon General Modernization Directorate (AFMS/SGRM), is seeking business sources for potential award under a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) to provide all services required to implement management, organizational and business improvement efforts. This is not an IT software/hardware system requirement. BACKGROUND: AFMS/SGRM is responsible for identifying shortfalls within the current health delivery system and planning, programming, budgeting, and fielding the technology and services required to surmount that shortfall. AFMS/SGRM serves as the functional manager of the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS). In this capacity, AF/SGRM advises the Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) and Air Force Chief of Staff (AFCS), as well as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs (ASDHA) on matters pertaining to the medical aspects of the air expeditionary force and the health of Air Force personnel. Provide information technology and information management and program support services to the Headquarters U.S. Air Force Surgeon General Directorate of Modernization, (HQ AFMS/SGRM) by managing the AFMS Information Systems Modernization/Information Technology (IM/IT) office requirements. To include; 1.) Theater Medical Information Program (TMIP); 2.) IT Security Program; and 3.) AFMS Medical Information Technology Program and Congressional Offices. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 541519 and comprises establishments primarily engaged in providing computer related services. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify potential sources capable of meeting all of the requirements cited. Capability statements should be limited to 5 pages and should include the following: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Telephone Number, Email Address, CAGE code, Size of Business, and GSA schedule(s). Include specific contract numbers, Government point of contact, name and phone number, and descriptions of current or past FSS or Government contracts that demonstrate company capability to provide program support services for this type of requirement. This is NOT a sources sought for purchase of IT hardware or software systems.
