Description: The Program Manager for Heavy Tactical Vehicles proposes to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract with Oshkosh Truck corporation to design and produce 2 each Surrogate Armor B-Kits for the HEMTT A4 Common Cab. These surrogate B-kits shall simulate t he weight and attachment methods as designed in actual B-kits developed by Oshkosh Truck Corporation. These kits are needed by Mid May to early June in order to conduct common cab shaker testing and early assessment of HEMTT A4 testing with B-kit simulate d loads. See Note 22.
