Description

GovWorks is issuing a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation on behalf of Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC), for the Inspection, Analysis and Report of Findings, as to the cause of Incident, to Boiler No. 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. *** The project magnitude is between $100K-$250. The period of performance will be 21 calendar days after issuance of award. FOB shall be DESTINATION, WRAMC, Washington, D.C.. *** This requirement is for full and open competition. The resultant award is expected to be a firm-fixed price contract. *** The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 with a small business size standard of $4.5 Million. *** All documents related to this acquisition will be made available via the internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFP number 1406-0406-RQ-62102. *** Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resulting contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests shall not be honored and no bidders list shall be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions, in writing, via e-mail to liz.anton@mms.gov. Ensure the RFP number and project title is referenced on all correspondence.
