Description

This requirement will include the lease of twenty-seven(27) multi-functional devices (MFDs) MFDs are machines that are at a minimum capable of printing, copying, and faxing. MFD Minimum Specifications: Twenty-five (25) of the MFDS must have the following specifications: Duty cycle: minimum 100,000 images per month; Color speed: minimum 22 PPM; B/W Speed: minimum 35 PPM;Paper capacity: minimum 3,000 sheets; Supported Paper Formats: letter (8 ??x11?), legal (8 ??x14?) and ledger (11x17); Certified and tested for Navy Marine Corp Internet (NMCI) use; Copier, fax, printer and scanner capabilities; Fax physically separated from networked capabilities. Two (2) MFDs must have the following specifications: Duty cycle: minimum 400,000 images per month; B/W Speed: minimum 85 PPM;Paper capacity: minimum 5,000 sheets; Supported Paper Formats: letter (8 ??x11?), legal (8 ??x14?) and ledger (11x17); Certified and tested for Navy Marine Corp Internet (NMCI) use; Copier and printer capabilities. In addition, a full-time onsite technical support representative will be required to be an initial point of contact for any service issues for the printers and MFDs at MSC HQ.
