Description: The Department of Defense Education Activity intends to award a sole source procurement, under the authority of FAR 6.302 and using FAR Part 12 commercial procedures, to Language Learning Solutions to provide online proficiency assessments, technical support, one day of face-to-face professional development training, and related materials that support the online proficiency assessments. The online assessment program is an integral part of DoDEA?s foreign language program. The determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort under full and open competition rests solely within the discretion of the Government.
