Description: The U.S. Department of State intends to issue a sole source purchase order to the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) in order to participate in the HACU summer internship program. Participation is in accordance with Executive Order 13171, specifically Section 2(g), and the Office of Personnel Management's Nine-Point Plan, specifically point #4. This posting is not a request for proposals or quotes but serves as notice of the intent of the U.S. Department of State to make an award without full and open competition.
