Description: Pursuant to OMB Circular A-76, on 17 Jan 2006, public notification was made to announce a streamlined competition study of the Threat Training Facility functions performed here at Nellis AFB, NV. On 30 Mar 2006, a streamlined competition was conducted in accordance with guidance from the OMB Circular A-76 which determined that it would be the most efficient and cost effective method of operation to have the required services provided by the Government agency provider. No solicitation will be issued.
