- Description
- Modification 4 is the further clarification of the evaluation procedures to be used. Questions have been brought regarding the evaluation criteria for this solicitation. This posting is in response to these questions. The first phase of the evaluation is a simple go / no-go decision. You need to agree to the security requirements and show the ability to take government furnished material and produce numbered, sealed, inspected, packaged and labeled currency to either finished brick or cash pack. Upon passing of the go /no-go evaluation, each requirement described in Section C will be evaluated and scored for functionality, design, safety, past performance, service, options, and then price reasonableness. Each of the Section C criteria needs to be addressed in your proposal to insure full consideration. We are open to any approach. All possible complete solutions will be considered. This is a full and open competition.
