THE SUBMITTAL WEBSITE CAN BE ACCESSED BY GOING TO WWW.DHS.GOV/DNDOBIDS, AND SCROLLING TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND CLICKING ?DOING BUSINESS WITH DNDO.?
