Description

SOURCES SOUGHT ALERT. This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as hubzone, 8(a), small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned business and small business relative to NAICS 621610, size standard of $12.5 million. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Vendors interested in providing an offer will have to respond to a separate solicitation announcement that shall be published separately from this announcement. The Veterans Affairs (VA), Network 22 Logistics Office is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide HOME INFUSION SERVICES to VA Healthcare System Loma Linda, California. The intended contract shall be for a base year, with the Government option to extend the contract for one year increments up to four years. Response to this sources sought must include, 1. Point of Contact, 2. Company Name, 3. Address, 4. Telephone and facsimile numbers, 5. E-mail address, 6. Responses to this request shall not be considered a request to be added to a prospective vendors list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
