Description

This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Procurement Commercial Items, Part 14 Sealed Bidding, and as authorized by FAR Part 6.302-1. This contract is entered into between __ (hereinafter known as the Contractor) and the VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Healthcare Network, on behalf of the Fort Logan Cemetery, (hereinafter known as VA National Cemetery Service). The contractor shall provide removal of general waste and construction waste generated by Fort Logan National Cemetery, in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions and schedule of the contract. 2. DESCRIPTION AND PRICE SCHEDULE: Contractor shall supply waste removal containers for the Department of Veterans Affairs Fort Logan Cemetery. Service shall be supplied in such quantities and at such times as may be required in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions and the schedule herein.3. CONTRACT AWARD: The Government will evaluate bids in response to this solicitation without discussions and will award a firm fixed price contract to the lowest responsive responsible. 4. Responses must reference the solicitation number, and contain the respondent's Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE), email address, mailing address and FAX number. To be eligible to receive an award from a Department of Veteran's Affairs activity, contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database located at http://www.ccr.com. This is an unrestricted competitive acquistion. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered a small business under an American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 562111, with a Small Business Size Standard of $10.5 million.
