Description

The 341st Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources interested in proposing on a solicitation to provide installation of protective coatings such as carpet, vinyl flooring, floor tiles and cove base for various base facilities at Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB) in Great Falls, Montana. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238330 and the size standard is $12M. Performance period will be 1 Oct 06 through 30 Sep 07 (for the base year), plus 4 option years. This sources sought notice may be used to identify potential Hub Zone, 8(a) or Service Disabled Veteran set-aside. The anticipated contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price. The magnitude of the base plus 4 option years is between $2,500 and $600,000. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the government.
