Description: This pre-solicitation notice references Solicitation FA7014-06-R-0026 that articulates the tasks required in the Performance Work Statement for a follow-on contract to continue current use of traditional methods of V&V while developing and applying advanced methods of Verification and Validation for STORM and possibly other AF/A9 models. The contractor shall provide tools, equipment, personnel, and supervision necessary to support AF/A9 in traditional methods of Verification and Validation (V&V) for STORM and shall develop and apply potential advanced methods of V&V.
