Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a purchase order for commercial items to MERGENT, Inc., on a sole source basis, under the Authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, for providing Subscription Service (CD-Rom) & Online Global Database-Enterprise License (10 Concurrent User), Manuals on CD-Rom updated-4 times per year, Domestic and International Excel Spreadsheet (Comp-Number, Legal Name, NAICS, Description, Index Order and County Name updated 4 times per year) for one year. This information is used for financial analysis, business activity, and industry analysis, according to NAICS, of U.S. and international corporations. Interested parties, who can provide the required service must clearly state all of their capabilities and experience in writing. Interested parties, proposals must include price, terms and condition point of contact (name, telephone number, e-mail address and fax number). Government contact number (if applicable), performance period, business size, payment terms, taxpayer identification number TIN and Dun and Bradstreet number. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 10 business days of the date of publication, by 12:00 noon EST, on the date specified, April 13, 2006 and must be technically acceptable to the government.
