Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE IN MANDEVILLE, LOUISANA (SFO # 6LA0018) REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 3,500 rentable square feet, which will yield a minimum of 3,000 usable square feet of office space. The space will be occupied by the DHS ? United States Coast Guard. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years; Five (5) years firm term. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for efficient layout. Space should be located in a professional office setting. Ceiling height in all areas shall be a minimum of 10 feet measured from floor to the lowest obstruction. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety; and shall be ADA compliant and asbestos abated. The building and parking must be accessible to government personnel 24 hours per day, seven days per week. 30 on-site parking spaces are required for employees and visitors. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the city limits of Mandeville, Louisiana. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, APRIL 6, 2006 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3) Square footage offered. 4) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6) Evidence of authority to represent the owner.
