Description

The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 7,511 rentable square feet of space to yield 6,532 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space in Sebring, FL within the following delineated area: The City Limits of Sebring, FL The Government requires a fully-serviced lease and adequate parking on site for 34 vehicles (the employee parking of 17 spaces shall be separated from public parking). Occupancy date is November 1, 2007 or earlier, if feasible. The required lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. Unique Requirements: Space offered is preferred for first floor and must be in the same building and contiguous on the same floor. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agent must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. We plan to schedule your appointment for April 27, 2006.
