Description
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Contact Center Systems and Support (CCS) to provide a variety of information technology (IT) services to support CMS Contact Center Operations (CCO) and Beneficiary Contact Center (BCC) activities. These services include, but are not limited to: development, integration, operations, and maintenance of systems and applications which support the CMS BCC operations. It is envisioned that the contractor(s) will have a strong understanding of the operational processes within a virtual contact center environment and have experience with integrating technologies into contact center operations. Task order Statements of Work (SOW) will require the IT services contractor(s) to not only develop, integrate, operate and maintain contact center systems, but also provide IT support as necessary to the CCO contractor(s) to ensure effective and efficient CCO activities. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes that will apply to this procurement are: 541512 Computer Systems Design Services $21 million, 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services $21 million, 493190 Other Warehousing and Storage $21.5 million, 323115 Digital Printing 500 employees This procurement is a full and open competition. It is anticipated that this competition will result in the award of two to four (2-4) IDIQs. The period of performance will be a base year plus nine (9) one-year options.
