- The Kootenai National Forest, Three Rivers Ranger District, is soliciting quotations for Beetle Creek BMP. Work includes new and replacement minor culvert installations, surface drainage excavation, minor amount of Class I & II riprap placement, subgrade shaping and aggregate placement in some sections, application of calcium chloride flakes, and seeding and fertilizing. Estimated start work date is June 15, 2006. This is a HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation should be available around April 19, 2006.
